Now here is another video, this time there is no dialog but we do want you to come up with one! Watch it carefully, pause it as many times as you have to and think, "what can the dog and the baby be saying"... now write down the dialog.

Suggestion: Stop the film at 2:16 and ask yourself: "What will happen next?"

You could also use this video to help you with your English. You could:

1) Try summarizing the story using the past simple and the past continuous.

2) Use the Second Conditional to answer a question like: "What would you do if you found what this man found in your office?" 

3) Try creating a sequel to the story: What do you think happens after the last scene?

Drive by compliments  

Here's a fun video about paying compliments to total strangers, see their reactions to the unexpected compliment and think of how you would react to them. 

While watching: Try to write down two or three of the compliments you hear.

After watching. Do you think more people should do this nowadays? When was the last time you received a compliment and what was it? When was the last time you complimented somebody? Can you come up with an original compliment of your own?

Before watching. First of all, lets take a good look at the title of the following video…what do you think it's going to be about? 

After watching: Have you ever done anything heroic? or do you know of anybody that has? Should people be more helpful now a days?

Before watching: Why do you think most of us, especially women, are  so hard on ourselves when we judge our looks ? How would you describe your own looks? 

After watching: Discuss; why do other people see us differently ? Try describing yourself and then listen to a classmates description, Do you agree ?  Do you agree more with the description of a total stranger or with your own description?

While watching: Stop the video at  44 seconds. What do you think the woman is going to write on the board?….. Stop the video again at minute 1:14,  what do you think the woman has written on the sign to make people react that way and give him more money? 

The coke vending machine

Before watching: Play the video with out looking at the image. Have a scrach paper ready. Listen to the sounds and try to figure out what is going on. Write down what you think is happening in the video. Talk about it in the class and compare your answers with others. Now on that same scratch paper, make a quit sketch of what you think the video might be about. Come up with a title.

Now watch the video and see if you were right or wrong about it.

After watching: What would you do if you found a vending machine like the one in the video? Can you think of something that might draw the same reaction from people? What do you think is the reason why Coca Cola came up with such a machine?
